1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver across New Zealand, including Auckland, Waikato, the rest of the North Island, and the South Island. Delivery charges and timelines vary by location and delivery method.
2. How long does order processing take?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed the next working day.
Orders placed on public holidays are processed the next working day.
3. How long does delivery take?
- Auckland & Waikato: Next-day delivery after dispatch
- Rest of North Island: Overnight delivery after courier handover
- South Island: 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Rural areas: Please allow an additional 2–3 working days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier capacity, or rural routes.
4. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Free delivery is available on eligible orders, depending on location and order value. Any applicable delivery fees are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through the payment options available at checkout. Full payment is required before order processing and dispatch.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or packed.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellations or changes may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
7. What is your return and refund policy?
- Non-perishable, unopened items may be eligible for return within 2 days of delivery.
- Perishable items (fresh, frozen, food items) are non-returnable for safety reasons.
- Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
